LEARN THE ART OF BOXING
Boxing is a great way to stay in shape, develop speed, discipline, agility and coordination. Boxing technique classes are for both those who are starting from scratch, and for those who wish to develop their boxing skills a little further. Classes will help refine your stance and punching technique, while also focusing on defence and the level of physical finess required to be a boxer!
This class also includes optional sparring. Sparring is a fantastic way to develop and implement your skills, whilst being an incredible workout all in one. Sparring is only completed at up to 50% power, unless we're building up to competition, so there is little chance of getting hurt in our classes.
